When having your photo taken for a head-shot you need to follow a few tips to make sure you get a good photo. A few of these tips include, making sure you have your best side in view, this is very important because it makes your image looks better and it makes you look better for the person who's looking at it. Also when taking a head-shot, it is important that your facial expressions match your personality, for example in my photo I am smiling so this would let of that I am a fun and bubbly person whereas if i was to have a serious face, this would let out that I would be a more strict person who is a little more work-incentive. 



When it came to editing my photo firstly I wanted to crop my photo to get rid of all of the dead space around the top of the photo. I did this by using the crop tool. Secondly I wanted to up the contrast on the photo so I used the brightness and contrast tool to make the photo more colorful because I thought color-wise my original photo was a bit dull. Thirdly I used the healing brush tool to enhance my rigid face and get rid of any acne that was on there. Lastly what I did is that a copped out my face with the lasso tool and upped the contrast on the even more to make my face look a bit more realistic and warmer. Overall I think my head-shot looks very professional and it really does show my personality.

Research Task 4

  Task four: A mission statement is a short statement of why an organization exists, what its overall goal is and identifying the goal of its operations. It also includes what kind of product or service it provides, its primary customers or market, and its geographical region of operation. These are very important for a business because it gives potential customers or shareholders a glimpse into what kind of business it goes into.
