  ‘By the fans, for the fans’ says Louis Western as Matchday with Louis outlines vision for future. Matchday with Louis founder Louis Western outlined his vision for the future with his new venture: Matchday with Louis. Louis outlined his unique selling point has been his commitment for covering a wide range of different football teams on his YouTube channel. Max Hayes, founder of Matchday with Max has commented saying; ‘I am very excited that Louis has decided to go on this journey, and I hope to collaborate with him in the near future’. Multiple local football fans have expressed their excitement to have the chance to express their opinions on Louis’ YouTube channel. Gary, a huge Manchester United says; ‘I can’t wait to get a interview with Louis and the team and share my views on United!’. This new business idea has also sparked ideas with small local business.

Business Plan Feedback - James Rouse

  Email: Hi Louis Hope you're well bud!!? I think it's a well presented document but in the efforts to give some constructive feedback I've got a few points that perhaps you could consider including to bolster the plan. Finances I think this is perhaps the most important one to support as without the financials projected it makes it hard to define what success looks like.  Here's some points I'd consider.... What does success look like in terms of monetary income? What are your projected outlays? Do you have to buy any equipment; camera/ audio/ software? Will the friend work as a cameraman for free?  What does YouTube income look like.  How many views will you need to roughly generate targeted income? It'd be useful to add some generic information about what views equates to in terms of advertising income. Some examples of rival channels servicing one club where you can show they have achieved brand sponsorship and show as a rough idea what kind of viewership th...

  AFTV AFTV (Arsenal Fan TV) is a YouTube channel/website which has amassed over 1.3 million subscribers. When I saw they had a website I was really surprised at the professional layout it had. Some things I have noticed was again how professional it was laid out and the fact how clear the directions were on the homepage, this is important for a website such as this because it has a lot of content on it which viewers would need to be able to navigate to access content. I also really like the video on the homepage, the video is a trailer of what the business has to offer in terms of content and the personalities on show are infectious, they are clearly very passionate for what they do. Another section of the website I found interesting was their F&QS page, there, they set out clear question and answers to which fans can get emails if they want to ask questions, information about tickets to games and the link directly to Arsenal's official website.  The Athletic  The At...
